| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 August 2010 for the purpose of determining shareholders entitlements to the first and final dividend of S$0.005 per ordinary share. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd at 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower, #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 August 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlement to the first and final dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 6 August 2010 will be entitled to the first and final dividend.
